Hednesford Lose Forward Due to Inactivity

Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division club Hednesford Town have become the latest to lose one of their players due to the current inactivity.

The 22-year-old forward joined the Pitmen in June 2020 from Northern Premier League Premier Division side Hyde United, where he had been since August 2019 after being released by Port Vale and then switched to league rivals Matlock Town in March 2020.

He started his career at Vale Park in 2016, where he made 34 appearances and scored 3 goals.

Whilst at Vale he had loan spells with Kidsgrove Athletic, Worcester City, Tamworth and Scottish Championship side Falkirk.

He was only able to make one appearance for Matlock before the season was prematurely ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

He began the current season with Hednesford and continued his goalscoring exploits, but with the season at Step 3 and below looking unlikely to continue, he has made his move to join Vanarama National League North side Leamington, who earlier signed Halesowen Town`s Tyrell Hamilton.
