Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division Central club Leiston have announced that Harry Knights, Josh Hitter, Harrison Bacon, Liam Jackson and Kyle Richardson have departed Victory Road.
Knights joined the club in 2017, spending four seasons at the club, being part of the squad that reached the play-offs under Glen Driver in 2018 whilst also being involved in two Suffolk Premier Cup successes in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
Bacon came to the Blues in 2018, playing for the under-18 and reserve sides but scored on his first-team debut against Hitchin Town in January 2019 and netted the winner against Ipswich Town in the Suffolk Premier Cup semi-final.
Hitter joined Leiston in March 2019, and was a regular in the first team, helping the side reach the Fourth Qualifying Round of the FA Cup last season.
Jackson and Richardson both joined the club in 2020 and were regulars in the first team until the season was halted due to the global pandemic.
