Richard Gale has stepped down from the role, having been devoting himself to the promotion of the club’s `Kids Initiative` and the success of his efforts have demanded that more and more time be devoted to that, hence his decision to vacate the role of vice-chairman to concentrate on community projects.

Pippa joined the Board at Poole in December 2014 and was also chairperson of the supporters’ club at the time.

Then, in June 2019, she was elected on to the Board of the Southern League.

Chairman Chris Reeves told his club`s website: “Whilst Richard’s input as vice-chairman will be missed, we couldn't wish for a better person to take Richard’s place than Pippa!

“Pippa was an obvious and compelling candidate for the job! She is what I describe as a problem solver, she is the ultimate performer who carries out every task she undertakes on behalf of the club to the nth degree. I could not wish to have a better person to take Richard’s place and I have no doubt that the appointment will be a popular one. It will not affect her role as chair of the supporters’ club”.
