Pitching In Southern Football League Division One South club Willand Rovers have signed goalkeeper George Burton.
The 25-year-old previously played for league rivals Slimbridge and Paulton Rovers as well as Newent and Shortwood United
A former Hartpury College student, he signed for Vanarama National League side Torquay United in 2018.
Although a member of the Gulls` squad that won the National League South, he was the back-up keeper and didn`t make a first-team appearance and was released in the summer of 2019 in order that he found more regular football, although he was allowed to stay and train with the club.
