Hayes & Yeading United made it five wins from five games in the Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South after beating Beaconsfield Town 2-0 on Bank Holiday Monday evening.
The game was played at King`s Langley`s Orbital Fasteners Stadium, due to work being carried out on the Rams` Holloways Park ground, and after a bright start, the high-flying visitors took the lead after 12 minutes when Hassan Jalloh scored from a well-worked corner routine.
Ben Frempah then hit the Beaconsfield crossbar as the visitors bossed the opening 45 minutes.
And around the hour-mark, Paul Hughes` side did manage to double their lead when Francis Amartey cut in from the left and fired past Beaconsfield `keeper Michael Neish.
The `home` side had one or two breakaway opportunities but in the main, Hayes & Yeading`s defence held firm comfortably to keep a clean sheet and ensure their 100% record remained intact.
