Redditch & Barwell Share The Spoils

Only game in the division ends 1-1.

Due to the Emirates FA Cup, there was only one game in the Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central on Saturday.

And that saw Redditch United and Barwell share the spoils in a 1-1 draw at the Trico Stadium.

The home side took a 21st-minute lead from the penalty spot, converted by Dan Sweeney.

That looked like being enough, until 5 minutes into time added on at the end of the game when Barwell equalised as Redditch`s on-loan keeper from Cheltenham Town, Max Harris, punched a cross into his own net.

There was still time for a fracas between several players to end with Redditch`s Sweeney and Barwell's Jahvan Davidson-Miller being sent-off.
