Gosport Take Hawks Forward on Loan

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Gosport Borough have brought in forward Gianni Critchlow on a month’s loan from Vanarama National League South neighbours Havant & Waterlooville.

The 24-year-old spent eight years in the academy at Queens Park Rangers.

Whilst with Rangers, he went on loan at Torquay United and then when he left Loftus Road, he joined Vanarama National League South side Chelmsford City.

He moved to Southern Premier Division South outfit Hendon in the summer of 2018 and then switched to league rivals Harrow Borough in March 2019.

He came to then-Isthmian South Central side Hanwell Town`s attention with his skill and pace when playing for Hendon under-23s against the club in 2019/20 season and signed for them in the summer of 2019 and became a fan favourite with his direct style of play.

He joined National League South side Braintree Town in July 2021 and then returned to Southern Premier Division South club Hendon in November 2021 on dual registration.

He signed for the Hawks in June 2022.
