The 18-year-old joins the OD’s from Southern Premier Division South side Beaconsfield Town.
He had joined the Rams in November 2022 from Southern Premier Division Central side Bedford Town.
Originally with League Two Stevenage, the English-born Chilean forward joined the Eagles in March 2022 and helped them to win promotion from the Division One Central.
He joined the Eagles from then-Southern Premier Division Central side Biggleswade Town.
He had only joined the Waders in February from then-rivals Kings Langley, having only re-joined Kings the previous month.
He had been playing for Spartan South Midlands League Division Two side Berkhamsted Raiders after his initial spell with Kings Langley.
Bustamante is a former Chilean youth player and has represented his national side at under-15, 17 and under-18 level.
