A former Oxford United academy player, he was released by the Millers` League One neighbours in the summer of 2021 before joining up with Velocity Football, based at Vanarama National League South club Oxford City.
During the 2021/22 season, the then 17-year-old was selected for England Schoolboys as part of England’s Centenary Shield campaign against Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.
The central defender featured in all four fixtures, helping England to 7 points, including wins against Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Nenonen-Millar enrolled with Velocity in September 2021, working towards completing a Level 3 BTEC.
