Alvechurch Take Young Blues Boy on Loan

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Alvechurch have signed young midfielder Remi Walker on a month’s loan from Championship side Birmingham City.

A classy and composed central midfielder, Walker signed his first professional contract with Blues in July 2021.

Walker broke into the under-23s squad during the 2020/21 season, starring as Blues won the Professional Development League title with a 2-0 win over Sheffield United.

The 20-year-old was twice an unused substitute in EFL Cup games against Colchester United and Fulham in August 2021.
