The 19-year-old joined Swindon in 2014 at the age of 11 where he was a part of the academy until 2021.
Cowmeadow signed his first professional contract in April 2022 after he produced a number of impressive performances for the under-18s during the 2021/22 season and he also made his first-team debut against Plymouth Argyle in the EFL Trophy in October 2021.
In September 2022, Cowmeadow joined Vanarama National League South side Slough Town on a month’s loan and later made his debut as a substitute in the 2-0 loss against Hemel Hempstead and later, in November 2022, he joined Southern Division One Central side Kidlington on loan until the end of January 2023.
In February 2020, Cowmeadow received a maiden call-up to a Wales under-17 preparation camp.
