The highly rated 17-year-old has flourished since being converted from a winger to a striker.
He grew up in Wembley and represented Brent district as well as Middlesex at county level.
Adu-Adjei spent four years with Brentford between the ages of 7 and 11 before moving to Fulham.
He joined the Cherries in March 2021 following his release by the Cottagers, impressing during a trial spell.
Adu-Adjei attended training camps with England at under-15 level, travelling to St George's Park to link up with the squad.
His older brother is a football coach and has worked for Fulham as well as Juventus.
The frontman recorded a prolific 2021/22 campaign with the Cherries under-18s, netting on 25 occasions.
