Rudy Appiah-Allen is a graduate of the successful youth team at Southern Premier Division South outfit Metropolitan Police.

The 21-year-old defensive-minded midfielder has played a wide range of positions making him `Mister Versatility`.

He moved to Isthmian League Premier Division side Potters Bar Town in September 2022 and made 23 appearances and scored 2 goals for the Scholars.

Striker Wraynel Hercules joins the Waders from Potters Bar’s league rivals Enfield Town.

The 21-year-old came through the youth setup at Vanarama National League side Barnet, prior to making a move to play for the B team of Premier League side Brentford.

He had a loan spell with Chalfont St Peter, scoring in a win over Staines Town just before the pandemic hit.

He spent a little time at St Albans City over the summer of 2022 after departing Brentford and then signed for Enfield in September 2022 and made 15 appearances for Town and scored 2 goals.

Defender Joshua Rusoke is another new arrival at the Yvette Brewer Stadium.

The 21-year-old defender followed the under-23 management team from Isthmian Premier side Bowers & Pitsea to Isthmian North side Basildon United in the summer of 2021.

He re-joined Bowers in November 2021 and then had spells with Aveley and Brightlingsea Regent before signing for Isthmian Premier outfit Potters Bar Town in December 2022 for whom he made 9 appearances.

The fourth newcomer is centre-back Hedley Ogbebor.

The 19-year-old came through the youth ranks at National League side Aldershot Town.

He was spotted by League One outfit Peterborough United, who signed him in February 2022.
