He had joined the Row in January 2022 from then-Southern Premier Division South neighbours Farnborough, having been with Boro since November 2018 after arriving from Gosport Borough.
He had joined Gosport in August 2018 having been with Basingstoke Town.
He was at a couple of top-quality youth teams including Southampton and Aston Villa as a youngster and during this time he also received a call up for the Wales under-19s, for their Euro Under-19 Championship qualifying campaign.
Salisbury manager Brian Dutton told his club’s website: “I’m delighted to have Tom on board. He’s a player with a fantastic pedigree having played for both Southampton and Aston Villa as a youngster and was captain of Hartley Wintney last season.
“Tom is a very versatile player who can play numerous positions in defence and midfield”.
