Garside originally signed for the Yellows on dual-terms from Toolstation Western League Premier Division side Saltash United.
The 18-year-old defensive midfielder joined Saltash towards the end of January 2023 from Southern Division One South outfit Larkhall Athletic.
He moved to the Larks in August 2022 after a short spell with Tiverton’s league rivals Plymouth Parkway.
He had only signed for Lee Hobbs’ side in July after being released by then-League One neighbours Plymouth Argyle, where he had featured for the under-18s.
Allen is a midfielder who originally joined Tiverton on dual registration with South West Peninsula Leaguers St Blazey in August 2022.
The 27-year-old originally joined the Yellows from league rivals Plymouth Parkway, where he had been since the summer of 2020 and helped them to two promotions.
He had returned to Tiverton in June 2019 from Truro City, having made 13 appearances for Tivvy the previous season before moving to Treyew Road in October 2018.
Originally with Plymouth Argyle, where he made 3 senior appearances, he moved north to join Gateshead in June 2015 but by January 2016 he was back in the south west with Bodmin Town.
He signed for the White Tigers for the first time in the summer of 2016 and, after a loan spell with Tivvy, moved to Ladysmead on a more permanent basis in July 2018.
