Tiverton Manage to Hold on to Morison

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Tiverton Town have confirmed that, despite an offer from another Southern League side, Louis Morison has signed an extension to stay at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium for the 2023/24 season.

The 22-year-old signed a permanent deal with Tiverton in June 2021 after being released by League One side Exeter City, having made 9 appearances on loan from the Grecians the previous season.

He is an industrious central midfielder who can start attacks with good quality off both feet.

He progressed through Exeter's academy, which he had been a part of since the under-9s age group.

He was the City under-18 captain and was a key figure in the 2018/19 squad that reached the EFL National Cup final.

He made his first-team debut in the Grecians 3-2 win over Forest Green Rovers in the EFL Trophy on September 8th, 2020, having signed his first professional contract in June.
