The 23-year-old had a short spell with the Yellows back in 2018.
An attacking midfielder, he returned to Willand Rovers in March 2023.
He had re-joined Southern Division One South side Bideford AFC for a second spell from Taunton Town in December 2019 and has also played for Barnstaple Town.
He first moved to Willand in 2020 and to then-Southern Premier Division South outfit Truro City in June 2022.
He was previously part of the youth set ups at both Plymouth Argyle and Yeovil Town and has also turned out for Taunton Town.
