The versatile attack-minded playmaker joins the Marketmen from Isthmian League Premier Division side Brightlingsea Regent.
The 26-year-old had signed for Regent in February 2023 from Isthmian North outfit Stowmarket Town, having been with Stow since October 2021.
He has previously turned out for Bury Town, AFC Sudbury, Coggeshall Town and Bury Town.
He featured for the Suffolk FA at both under-16 and under-18 levels.
Assistant manager Tom Rothery told his club’s website: "Tev adds depth to the squad with his versatility to play three positions, he has a good character and above all else is a winner".
