Alex Worley

The 19-year-old joins the Bards from league rivals Stourbridge, having been with the Glassboys since the summer of 2022.

Formerly a member of the Walsall academy, he spent the second half of the 2021/22 season with JD Cymru Premier outfit Haverfordwest County before being released by the Saddlers.

More good news for Bards` supporters is the retention of vastly experienced defender Lee Vaughan.

The 34-year-old moved to the Arden Garages Stadium in March from Stourbridge, where he had been since June 2021 after his release by Vanarama National League side Barnet.

He had signed a short-term deal with the Bees in March 2021 having left AFC Telford United.

He had re-joined the Bucks in June 2020 from National League side Solihull Moors.

He had signed for Moors in February 2019 from Kidderminster Harriers.

Originally on the books at Walsall, having signed for Kidderminster in 2010 from Telford, he made 157 appearances in all, either side of moves to Cheltenham Town and Tranmere Rovers, before returning to the Harriers in 2017.
