The 20-year-old joins Sports from new league rivals Kettering Town.
He had been with the Poppies since August 2022 following a spell with former Vanarama National League North rivals Boston United.
He joined the Pilgrims in January 2022 from United Counties League Premier Division South side GNG Oadby Town.
He originally came through the ranks at League One side Lincoln City.
Mickleover boss John McGrath told his club’s website: “Delighted to get Ben to Mickleover, as he’s a combative box to box midfielder with loads of energy.
“At 20 years of age he is someone who I believe can continue his development with us and progress back into full-time football”.
