The 30-year-old joins the Bucks from Kettering Town, who were relegated from the Vanarama National League North along with Telford at the end of last season.
He had signed for the Poppies in November 2022 from Boston United, where he had been since June 2022.
He started his career as a trainee at Leicester City before spells at Brackley Town and Rugby Town.
He re-signed for Brackley after spending the 2015/16 season with Corby Town.
He later joined Stamford, where he was a consistent performer in the Daniels’ side before moving to Steel Park.
