Last season's player of the season Jim Glover, a box-to-box midfielder, who joined the Railwaymen in August 2021 from Kidlington, has put pen-to-paper for 2023/24.

He had joined the Greens from Wantage Town in January 2020 having helped Fred`s win the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division title in 2018/19 and had a spell with Thatcham Town before re-joining Wantage in the summer of 2019.

Skipper Adam Learoyd has also signed for the Railwaymen’s new adventure at Step 3 level.

A stalwart at the back in Didcot’s promotion winning season, the experienced 34-year-old re-joined the club in the summer of 2021 from North Leigh having moved to the Millers in August 2019 from Didcot.

He had been one of the Railwaymen’s longest serving players having re-joined in 2014 from Oxford City.

An ex-Banbury United player, he is an excellent reader of the game, good in the air and always pops up with a few goals.

Seth Humphries, who was a vital cog in the side last term, playing in a number of roles, has also signed up for 2023/24.

The 25-year-old joined Didcot in 2017 from Oxford United and is an attacking midfielder who likes to try and create things.
