Muhemba joins several of his former team-mates from last season’s Egham Town side, who finished second in the Combined Counties League Premier Division but lost the Inter/Step play-off with Isthmian League South Central outfit Merstham under new Harrow boss Jordan Berry.
Muhemba scored 30 goals in all competitions for the Sarnies last season having joined in the summer of 2022 from Hadley.
He was with Harrow earlier in his career as well as with North Greenford United and Northwood.
