Five More Added to Paulton Rovers Squad

Pitching In Southern League Division One South club Paulton Rovers announced the signing of five more players ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Curtis Dunn is an experienced midfielder whose previous clubs include Odd Down and Larkhall Athletic.

The 26-year-old started out with Forest Green Rovers.

Toby Stephens, at just 19 years old, brings his midfield experience from his previous clubs which include Yeovil Town, Weymouth, Plymouth Parkway and Truro City.

Jemar South Thomas is an exciting young striker who scored 2 goals for Rovers in pre-season.

The 20-year-old’s previous clubs include Bristol City and Keynsham Town.

Midfielder, Braeden Symes has previous experience with Paulton Rovers having been part of the 2019/20 and 2020/21 squads.

He returns after his spell with Toolstation Western League side Shepton Mallet having originally joined Rovers from Bridport and was previously with Chard Town.

David Slade is another experienced defender.

The 24-year-old’s previous clubs include Tiverton Town, Barnstaple Town and Ilfracombe Town.

Managers Craig Loxton and John Durbin told their club’s website: "Curtis, Toby, Jemar, Braeden and David have been part of the squad pre-season and we are delighted to welcome them on board at Paulton Rovers. We’re excited about the squad we have built up and looking forward to having a successful season".
