Two all Premier South ties saw Beaconsfield Town win 2-1 at Harrow Borough, whilst Hendon won by the same scoreline against Walton & Hersham.
Despite their off-the-field issues this week, Nuneaton Borough won their tie, which was switched to Hyde United by two goals to nil as Milan Butterfield and Owen Oseni got the all-important goals.
Larkhall Athletic lost 2-1 at home to Horsham whilst there was a 4-1 reverse for Halesowen Town at Macclesfield.
Having played out a goalless draw at Nantwich Town, there was penalty shoot-out woe for Stratford Town as they lost 4-2.
Two Premier Central sides who safely made it through are Leiston, who won 1-0 at Potters Bar Town, and Redditch United (pictured) who enjoyed a solid 3-0 success against Ashton United.
Leighton Town are out after they lost 2-1 at South Park, whilst St. Ives Town put their League struggles behind them to secure a good 3-1 triumph over Marine.
Similarly, Stourbridge found their form as they brushed aside Bamber Bridge by five goals to one at Amblecote.
There were away wins for Basingstoke Town, who prospered 3-0 at Premier South rivals, Swindon Supermarine, Hungerford Town, who were 3-1 winners at Westfield, and Premier Central leaders, Mickleover, who went to Worksop Town and came home with a fantastic 5-0 victory.
On Friday evening, Frome Town edged past their Division One South rivals, Cribbs, 1-0.
