Pitching In Southern Premier Division South club Farnborough have signed experienced striker Elliott Buchanan on a dual registration basis with Isthmian League Premier Division leaders Kingstonian.
And although the 32-year-old has featured in the majority of K`s games this season, netting 3 goals, they have mostly come off the bench
Buchanan began his career with Stevenage Borough and moved on to enjoy spells with Hayes & Yeading United, Newport County, Bromley, Bishop`s Stortford, Margate and Chelmsford City.
He joined Staines Town in July 2017 and won the `golden boot` in the Isthmian Premier, scoring 39 league goals.
He left the Swans for his first spell with Kingstonian in May 2018 and then joined Dorking Wanderers in February 2019, helping them to promotion to the National League South.
He helped Dorking to the play-offs in 2019/20 and then re-signed for K`s in July 2020.
Manager Spencer Day told his club`s website: "I spoke to Elliott in the summer and wanted him then and am delighted to get him to the club.
"I've been speaking to Kingstonian for some time and especially want to thank the support of their manager Hayden Bird. It's a basis that works for all parties and will be reviewed in a few weeks but for now I'm just thrilled to get him over the line".
