Southern League Division One South club Winchester City have added three more new players to their squad ahead of 2020/21.

Winger Reece Rusher returns to the club for a second spell from league rivals Basingstoke Town.

He joined Basingstoke from Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) One side Andover New Street in the summer of 2018.

Having spent eight years at Southampton academy, he went on to play for Melksham Town and Winchester.

He then joined Andover New Street in a bid to help them with their relegation fight and joined `Stoke shortly after starring in Andover New Street`s Hants Senior Cup Final win over Alresford Town.

Also joining the Citizens is young goalkeeper Felix Davies from Vanarama National League side Woking.

The 6`3” 18-year-old started out at Reading and spent six months with Southern Premier Division South outfit Hartley Wintney in 2017/18.

Meanwhile, Winchester have re-signed midfielder Josh McCormick.

McCormick played for the Citizens development squad several years ago before leaving to play for Isthmian League Premier Division side Bognor Regis Town, for whom he made 15 appearances in 2018/19.

He moved to then-Southern Premier Division South outfit Blackfield & Langley where he spent the 2019/20 campaign.
