Southern League Premier Division Central club Banbury United have signed vastly experienced defender Kelvin Langmead.
The 35-year-old joins the Puritans having recently featured in the squads for Brackley Town`s Vanarama National League North play-off campaign which ended in disappointment for a third time.
Langmead joined Brackley in June 2019 from National League side Harrogate Town.
He had signed for Harrogate the previous summer after his departure from Nuneaton Borough.
The majority of his career appearances came in the Football League for Shrewsbury Town, for whom he appeared over 200 times between 2004 and 2010.
He also wore the colours of Preston North End, Peterborough United, Northampton Town and Ebbsfleet United.
