New Winger Checks Into Melksham

Richard Fey adds to squad.

Pitching In Southern Football League Division One South club Melksham Town have snapped up winger Isaac Pearce.

The 22-year-old was allowed to leave Southern Premier Division South side Weston-super-Mare in the summer, having played 33 times in 2019/20, scoring 1 goal after joining the Seagulls in June 2019.

He started his career with Bristol Rovers after joining them at the age of 7 and progressed through the youth system into the under-18 squad.

He officially signed for Fulham in November 2015 on a three-year contract and across his two seasons as an under-18, scored 10 goals in 37 appearances for the young Cottagers.

In 2017, he got his first taste of first-team football by joining National League South side Bath City in November and made 4 appearances during his month`s loan.

In March 2018, Pearce joined Larkhall Athletic on loan, scoring 2 goals in 2 games.

In June 2018, he signed for League Two side Forest Green Rovers on a one-year contract after a successful trial at the end of the 2017/18 season.

In December 2018, he joined National League South side Gloucester City on a month`s loan deal, making 4 appearances.

He left Forest Green having made 8 appearances and scoring 2 goals while being an unused sub 14 times.
