Walton Casuals Borrow England Youth International Keeper

Stags take young Chairboy on loan.

Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division South club Walton Casuals have signed goalkeeper Curtis Anderson on a month`s loan from Championship side Wycombe Wanderers.

The 20-year-old signed for the Chairboys in the summer of 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience at such a young age.

Having begun his career in Blackpool’s academy at eight years old, he moved over to Manchester City’s youth setup, playing in the under-18 and under-23 sides.

During his time in Manchester, he found regular game time in competitions such as the UEFA Youth League and the Under-18 Premier League.

In 2017 he was called up to England’s under-17 side, playing throughout the World Cup tournament staged in India.

During a penalty shoot-out against Japan in the round of 16, he saved a penalty and even scored one, as England eventually won the competition.

He has since gone on to win caps at under-18 and under-19 level.

Most recently, he played in America with Charlotte Independence in the USL Championship.
