Bucks Move for Barwell Attacker

Williams steps up a level.

Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division Central club Barwell have lost Kai Williams to Vanarama National League North side AFC Telford United.

The 24-year-old joins the Bucks on a one-year deal following an impressive trial period in the recent behind closed doors games which have taken place at the New Bucks Head.

The attacking midfielder, who can play wide left or as centre-forward, has made 39 appearances for Barwell, scoring 11 goals.

The pacey player signed for Barwell from league rivals Tamworth in October 2019.

He started out at Coventry City and had been with Midland League outfit Coventry United and another Southern Premier Central side, Stratford Town, before joining the Lambs in July 2019.
