Quartet Remain With Sholing

Familiar faces stay as Boatmen.

Pitching In Southern Football League Division One South club Sholing have announced that Byron Mason, Dan Mason, Dan Miller and Conor Whiteley have all agreed to remain Boatmen for 2021/22.

Byron Mason has made over 600 appearances for Sholing, scoring 100 goals and been club captain for over ten years.

He lifted the FA Vase with Dave Diaper at Wembley in 2014 as well as five other trophies as skipper.

A natural leader, the central midfielder was named player/assistant manager in November 2020.

Dan Mason

Dan is youngest of the Mason brothers. He has scored 221 in the last six seasons with many of them being spectacular finishes and found the net 64 times in 2019/20 in an incredible goalscoring season.

Miller is a dominant centre-back who came through the youth system to break through into the first team at just 18 years old.

He has now played over 350 times for the club.

Whiteley is a forward who first caught the eye with Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) outfit Andover Town.

He then flourished with rivals Bashley over the past few seasons.
