Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division South club Hayes & Yeading United have re-signed a dozen of last season`s squad ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

Those re-signing for the club from last season`s squad to date are midfielder Jamie Hanlon, fellow teenagers Romey Meodad and Zach Gluckstein, defender or midfielder Jake Sheppard, striker Francis Amartey, forward Harley Sells, goalkeeper Jack Smith, defender Keano Robinson, defensive midfielder Amos Nasha, centre-backs Liam McDevitt and Callum Buckley and full back Jordan Norville-Williams.

Their first new signing is the experienced forward Moses Emmanuel.

The 31-year-old moves to the SKYex Stadium from Vanarama National League side Wealdstone, where he had been since January 2020.

He had moved to the Stones from National League South side Welling United having moved to Park View Road in November 2019 from league rivals Billericay Town, who he had signed for in June 2018 from National League side Sutton United.

He started his career at Croydon Athletic and an impressive tally of 19 goals in 2007/08 saw him gain a professional deal in May 2008 with Brentford.

He made 8 appearances in 18 months with the Bees and after a successful loan at Woking, he signed permanently for the Cards in January 2010.

He helped the Cards to the National South title in 2010/11 and scored 21 goals in 71 appearances.

In July 2012, he joined Eastleigh and scored 7 goals in 15 appearances before being snapped up four months later for his first of two spells at Dover Athletic.

In June 2014, he signed for Bromley and in a two-season stay, he scored 35 times in 82 appearances, firing the Ravens to the National South title in 2014/15.

He re-joined Dover in the summer of 2016, scoring 11 goals in 36 games.

In May 2017, he moved to Sutton and in November 2017, he was loaned for the remainder of that season to Maidenhead United.
