Pitching In Southern Football League Premier Division South club Hartley Wintney have been relatively quiet this close season but have re-signed the majority of last season`s squad and have added a couple of new signings.
Although in right back Jacques Kpohomouh`s case, it`s a return to the Row.
The 24-year-old, tall and physical defender joined Northern Premier League Premier Division side Ashton United in December 2020 from Vanarama National League South outfit Hemel Hempstead Town.
He had joined the Tudors from Hartley Wintney in November 2018 and made 14 appearances in his first season at Step 2 level.
He originally had impressed with North West Counties side Irlam FC in 2015/16 as they secured promotion to the Premier Division as runners-up.
His performances were rewarded with the accolade of NWCL Division One player of the season for 2015/16 and earned him a move to then-Cymru Premier side Bangor City in the summer of 2016.
A move to National League North Southport followed a year later and then moved onto the sadly now defunct Droylsden late in the 2017/18 season.
He moved south in October 2018.
Experienced 32-year-old defender Aaron Goode has also signed for the Row.
He was on the books at Sutton Common Rovers, who have been promoted from the Combined Counties League to the Isthmian League South Central Division this summer.
Previously with Three Bridges, he had joined Bridges` Isthmian South East rivals Whitehawk in June 2018 and scored on his debut after just 4 minutes.
He was a youth player at Walton & Hersham and later at Kingstonian and also had a year as a professional at Queens Park Rangers before joining Tooting & Mitcham United.
