PST Sport Club of the Month Awards for August 2021

In each division, the club with the best average points per game is declared the winner.

Clubs must have played a minimum of three games during the month in either a league, League Cup, FA Cup or FA Trophy match to be considered.

Should more than one club have the same best average points per game, then the winner shall be declared as the club with the best goal difference (in league matches) and if that is equal the club scoring the most goals.

The Premier Division Central winners are Peterborough Sports

Jimmy Dean`s Turbines had a terrific start to the 2021/22 campaign, and in August, enjoyed five successive league wins, scoring 17 goals and conceding just 5.

The Premier Division South winners are Hayes & Yeading United

Managed by Paul Hughes, Hayes & Yeading have made a 100 per cent start to the 2021/22 season, winning all five games in August.

In doing so, the SKYEx Community Stadium outfit smashed home 16 goals and conceded just 4.

The Division One Central award goes to Berkhamsted

Chris Devane`s side began the new campaign with 3-0 and 5-0 wins respectively in the league and then won at Isthmian League North side Coggeshall Town in the Emirates FA Cup before seeing out the first month with two more league wins.

The Division One South gong for August goes to Cirencester Town (on goal difference)

The Centurians` won three and drew one of their four league matches in August, scoring 10 goals, conceding just 3, and also beat Hellenic League Premier Division side Roman Glass St George in the FA Cup.
