Returning to the SkyEx Community Stadium is experienced midfielder Scott Shulton.
The 31-year-old started out at League One Wycombe Wanderers and had a loan spell with Hendon whilst on the Chairboys books.
Moves to Ebbsfleet United and Bishop`s Stortford followed before his first stint at Braintree Town.
After making 24 appearances for the Iron in 2010/11, he enjoyed spells at Bishop’s Stortford, Hendon, Wingate & Finchley and Enfield Town before re-signing for Braintree in the summer of 2017 after playing a big part in the club`s 2010/11 National League South championship-winning side.
In October 2017 he moved on to Hemel Hempstead Town and then the St Albans City in March 2019.
In late February 2020, he joined Southern Premier Division South outfit Chesham United and then to league rivals Hayes & Yeading in September 2020.
He switched to Isthmian League Premier Division outfit Potters Bar Town in June 2021 and made 6 appearances for the Scholars.
Also joining Hughes` table-toppers is goalkeeper Jack Hopwood.
The 25-year-old had been a regular between the sticks for Southern Division One Central side Aylesbury United since arriving from Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division near-neighbours Tring Athletic in February 2018.
Hopwood graduated through the Bucks Sports Academy and played for Chesham United before going on to make nearly 150 appearances for Tring.
