McDonald Finally Gets His Man

Experienced defender

Premier Division Central club Rushall Olympic have secured the services of Sutton Coldfield Town skipper Mitch Clarke ahead of the 2019/2020 season.

Midfielder or defender Clarke joined the Royals in July 2018 from West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division side Wolverhampton Sporting.

An undisclosed fee has been agreed between the two clubs for Clarke`s services.

Pics manager Liam McDonald told https://www.rofc.co.uk: “Mitch is a player that I tried to sign this time last year.

“He was made captain at Sutton Coldfield and that has really helped to kick him on.

“I am delighted to have been able to bring him in and he will be an integral part of the squad here

“He has all the attributes needed; he leads by example, is comfortable on the ball and is an athlete. He also has the flexibility of being able to play in midfield as well as at the back.

“I am looking forward to working with him”.

Having appeared over 150 times for Stafford Rangers, former Brocton keeper Whitehouse, who ended last season at Redditch United, brings plenty of experience and know-how to the club.

Former Walsall youngster Rowley is a strong front-man who came through the Banks' Stadium youth ranks before going on to serve the likes of Romulus, Rugby Town and latterly Bedworth United.
