Now Fairlamb Makes Stratford Move

Another new recruit for Stratford.

Southern League Premier Division Central club Stratford Town have signed attacking midfielder Luke Fairlamb from Vanarama National League North side Brackley Town.

The 26-year-old was a youth player with Corby Town prior to moving to the USA to play college football for Saint Peter’s College in New Jersey for four seasons.

He also had a spell in-between his US college commitments with Southern League Division One Central outfit Bedford Town and United Counties League side Northampton Sileby Rangers before joining AFC Rushden & Diamonds for season 2017/18, playing a key part in their Southern League Division One promotion via the play-offs that season, making 43 appearances.

The summer of 2018 saw him move to Brackley Town where he made over 80 appearances and ended the truncated 2019/20 campaign on loan with Stratford`s league rivals Banbury United.
