The ties, to be played week commencing 6th September 2021, include some intriguing match ups, and one of the biggest attendances of the round could well be at the Sports Ground where Sean Joyce`s Bideford AFC from the Division One South entertain fancied Premier Division South side Taunton Town.
Two interesting ties at kick things off on Monday, September 6th as Division One South side Evesham United host Andy Whing`s Premier Division Central Banbury United and at the Trico Stadium where Banbury`s league rivals Redditch United welcome Premier Division South returnees Merthyr Town.
The majority of the other games take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Amongst Tuesday`s ties are two Hertfordshire derby games - one at Garden Walk between Steve Castle`s Premier Division Central club Royston Town and Nick Ironton`s Division One Central side Welwyn Garden City and the other which sees two of the league new boys, Colney Heath and Hertford Town, do battle at the Recreation Ground.
Whilst on Wednesday evening, another decent crowd is expected for the Devon derby between Division One South side Willand Rovers and Premier Division South Tiverton Town at the Stan Robinson Stadium.
