Fans Favourite Re-Signs for Poole

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Poole Town have concluded the signing of veteran Steve Devlin for his second spell at the Black Gold Stadium

First signed in January 2012 from Dorchester Town for an undisclosed four-figure fee, Devlin went on to make 310 appearances for the Dolphins, scoring an impressive 95 times, establishing himself as one of the club`s all-time favourites.

The 35-year-old started out with Holt United in the Dorset Premier League before joining Dorchester in October 2009.

In October 2019, Devlin left Poole to return to Dorchester as player/assistant coach alongside his former Dolphins` team-mate Callum Brooks.

He returns having recovered from a long-term cruciate ligament injury.
