Candlin is a 21-year-old striker who joins the Rouslers from league rivals Alvechurch.
He had re-joined Church in November 2021 from Northern Premier League Premier Division side Hyde United.
He had only signed for the Tigers in September 2021 from league rivals Stafford Rangers, where he had been since July 2020.
He is a lively forward who joined League Two side Walsall as a professional in 2017 and had loan spells with Blackburn Rovers, Nuneaton Borough and Alvechurch and joined his home-town club Stafford after his release from the Saddlers with Rangers seeing off interest from other parties.
Defender Raison moves to the Victoria Ground on a month`s loan from Vanarama National League North outfit Hereford FC.
The 19-year-old, who stands 6`5”, is a former Hereford academy graduate who signed his first professional contract with the Bulls in 2019.
The central defender began training with the first-team squad during the 2019/20 season and made spectacular progress. Indeed, he has already worn the captain’s armband, has shown an excellent aptitude for the game, and is keen to work alongside his senior colleagues to develop swiftly.
Quick to acknowledge his local roots with the under-18’s and the academy when he was younger, he has recent Southern League experience, having been on loan at Premier Division South side Merthyr Town this season.
