And after newly promoted Exmouth Town suffered their first defeat of the season, the Boatmen’s 1-0 win at the Snows Stadium leaves them with four wins from four games.
A fantastic crowd of 913 saw experienced striker Lee Wort score the only goal of the game in the 67th minute.
A Doug Camillo goal after 13 minutes eventually condemned Exmouth to defeat Stan Robinson Stadium against a Willand Rovers side who were reduced to ten-men for the final 5 minutes or so following the dismissal of Ryan Guppy to remain unbeaten, albeit after just three games
Another newly promoted side, Hamworthy United, join Sholing and Willand in yet to taste defeat as a Southern League club.
The Hammers won 1-0 at fellow promotees Bashley, thanks to a goal immediately after the break from Sam Griffin.
At the other end of the table, Bideford AFC, Bristol Manor Farm, Slimbridge, Larkhall Athletic and Lymington Town are all yet to record a win.
Bideford shared a 1-1 home draw with newly promoted Tavistock AFC, whose Josh Grant had them in front 3 minutes before the break.
Ben Gerring grabbed Biddy’s leveller 13 minutes from time.
Bristol Manor Farm and Slimbridge both shared the points at Thornhill Park, with the Swans taking an early 3rd-minute lead through Ethan Dunbar.
Farm’s experienced striker Owen Howe equalised on 64 minutes.
Larkhall were on the wrong end of a 4-0 Plain Ham defeat to Frome Town, for whom Luke Hopper bagged a brace in the 16th and 42nd minutes and then Jamie Adams on 78 minutes and sub Alfie Clarke 5 minutes from time completed the scoring.
Lymington were on the wrong end of a 5-1 hammering at New Cuthbury in front of 568 against relegated Wimborne Town, for whom this was a second win.
It was only 1-0 to the Magpies at the break, courtesy of an Aaron Roberts goal on the half-hour mark.
Three minutes after the interval, Lewis Beale doubled the home side’s lead and 6 minutes later, Dan Bartlett added a third, swiftly followed by another for Harry Morgan.
Oakley Hanger made it a nap hand in the 70th minute, with Callum Stratton netting a Linnets` consolation 5 minutes later.
Melksham Town, Evesham United and Paulton Rovers also recorded second wins on Monday.
Melksham edged out newly promoted Westbury United 3-2 at the Oakfield Stadium.
They led 3-0 with goals from Aaron Parsons after 20 minutes and a Jay Malshanskyj brace on 49 and 80 minutes.
But they were made to sweat as Sam Jordan after 86 minutes and then a Ryan Bole penalty 3 minutes into stoppage time pulled it back to 2-3.
Evesham beat another league newcomer, Bishops Cleeve, 3-0 at The Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium.
After a goalless opening half, Kyle Belmonte broke the deadlock after 49 minutes and then Ben Whitehead bagged a brace on 54 and 80 minutes.
Paulton were, in the end, relatively comfortable winners against Cinderford Town at the First 4 Pools Stadium.
Skipper Neil Martin headed in from a Nuno Felix corner to give Rovers the lead after 9 minutes.
Then on 25 minutes, following a seemingly innocuous challenge, Dan Cottle received a serious injury which stopped play for 18 minutes.
When play resumed, Cottle’s substitute Ed Butcher benefitted from some fine play by Kyle Tooze by making it 2-0.
However, after 30 minutes, Cinderford’s Ben Brooks reduced the arrears.
After 38 minutes, Rovers went 3-1 up as Paulo Borges scored his first goal for the club and 67 minutes had been played when Butcher scored from 25 yards to make it 4-1.
After 78 minutes though Harry Emmett scored again for Cinderford, but Butcher scored his third and Paulton’s fifth in the 87th minute.
