James Ewington
Prolific marksman James Ewington has moved to Wodson Park from Southern Premier Division South side Harrow Borough.
The 33-year-old had been with Harrow since May 2021.
He had joined Vanarama National League South side Hampton & Richmond Borough in June 2019 from the sadly now defunct Southern Premier South side Walton Casuals and then switched to Isthmian Premier side Wingate & Finchley two months later.
He has had a prolific goalscoring record for a number of clubs, including Harpenden Town, London Colney, Colney Heath and in 2018/19 with Casuals, where he scored 39 goals in 38 games.
He joined Hampton`s league rivals St Albans City in February 2019 but returned to Walton a month later.
He re-joined Casuals once more in October 2019 and was on the move again just before Christmas 2019, to league rivals Beaconsfield Town.
Centre-back Josh Steele has also made the move to Ware from former league rivals Harlow Town.
The 21-year-old had joined the Hawks ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
He started out with Isthmian League Premier Division side Margate, having moved up from their academy.
He then signed for Isthmian North outfit Basildon United in November 2020 but was unable to play any competitive matches due to the pandemic lockdown.
