The former skipper, who can play in defence or midfield, returns from Southern Premier Division South side Merthyr Town, who he re-joined in February 2023 from Manor Farm’s league rivals Frome Town.
The 31-year-old had joined the Bluebells in December 2020 from Manor Farm, where he had been since early December 2017 after joining from rivals Larkhall Athletic.
He has also played for Cardiff University, Bridgwater Town, Tiverton Town, Clevedon Town and Hallen.
Manor Farm manager Lee Lashenko told his club’s website: “When Jamie departed the football club he was a quality footballer, and following spells at teams in higher divisions, I can’t wait to see what he’ll bring to our squad next season.
“I’m not sure someone like Jamie can get any better, but if he’s improved from the last time he played for us, then we’ve got a serious player on our hands.
“He’s a born leader, and with the progression that this club has shown with its younger players, Jamie can help them mature even further next season.”
Earlier, Manor Farm had announced that three of their experienced players were departing the club.
Goalkeeper Ben John has decided to take a step away from Southern League football.
The second player to announce his departure from The Creek is striker Owen Howe.
And club captain Jake Gosling will also leave Manor Farm due to work and travel commitments.
