Following last week's resignation of Coalville Town, Hitchin Town have been reprieved and will play at Step 3 this coming season.

A meeting earlier today of the FA Alliance Committee agreed that the vacancy shall be filled by reprieving Hitchin Town FC in accordance with the principles of Regulation 5.5.2(c) and the club has confirmed this decision being received and acknowledged to the FA.

Furthermore, the Alliance Committee agreed that, in accordance with NLS Regulation 5.5.2(c) and in order to minimise disruption, the vacancy at Step 4 would not be filled.
