The draw for the fourth round qualifying of the Emirates FA Cup took place on Monday afternoon and it has produced some mouth-watering ties for our Member Clubs.
Biggleswade FC face one of the biggest days in their short history as they host former Football League club, York City, whilst Harborough Town will host Bury, Taunton Town have home advantage against Maidenhead United and Chertsey Town welcome Sutton United.
If Bishops Cleeve overcome the challenge of Chesham United in their replay, a home tie with Yeovil Town awaits, whilst a trip to Forest Green Rovers would be on the agenda for Winchester City if they first beat Weymouth. Leiston take on Hornchurch in their replay for the right to host Dagenham & Redbridge.
In-form Kettering Town must travel to Farsley Celtic, Gosport Borough are also on their travels as they go to Wealdstone and Bishop’s Stortford head to Braintree Town.
It’s home advantage for Plymouth Parkway against Worthing, whilst the winner of the Royston Town and Peterborough Sports replay goes to Rushall Olympic.
The winner of the Biggleswade Town and Alfreton Town tie welcomes Spennymoor Town and finally, if Lowestoft Town can defeat Haringey Borough, they will host either Chippenham Town or Weston super Mare.
The ties will take place on Saturday, October 12th. We will have an interview with Biggleswade FC Chairman, Jeremy Reynolds, on Tuesday.
