The Linnets return to home soil on Saturday afternoon with the first of two important home Southern Premier Central Division fixtures in the space of four days.
Alvechurch provides the opposition on Tuesday evening but firstly Town must negotiate the challenge of Hitchin Town at the weekend
With the games beginning to run out and the play-off-chasing teams seemingly becoming closer to each other as the weeks pass, the Linnets will be looking to make the most of home advantage for their next two games and the Lynn faithful have their part to play says club media officer Mark Hearle.
"As always, our crowd have been tremendous all season," said Hearle.
"However we are now at a critical point of the season and that extra little bit of noise and a few more people coming down to support us can make all the difference.
"The support they give to the lads and Ian (Culverhouse) is always appreciated by them greatly and we now really need that cauldron of sound not only for these two games but all of our remaining home fixtures."
With a real dogfight for the play-off places well underway, Hearle is convinced there will be many twists and turns until the last ball of the regular season is kicked.
"It is exceptionally tight," remarked Hearle.
"Last season the teams were almost sorted by the end of March and it was really all about the finishing spots.
"It’s very different now with five, maybe six teams, all vying for three places.
"We dispatched of Coalville quite comfortably the other week but in their next game they won at Kettering with a goal in injury time and that’s just one example of how it has been this season.
"For us to be even talking about the playoffs after our start is quite remarkable really and I have to admit it would be a big achievement to be involved in them again at the end of the season."
The Linnets have no new injury concerns but will have to make do without Aaron Jones who begins a three-match suspension following his red card last weekend.
Striker Harry Limb is back at the club following his loan spell at Pinchbeck United.
Hitchin Town arrives at the Walks in 16th place in the league having secured three league wins on the road this season.
Last weekend the Canaries collected a point in a 0-0 draw at Halesowen Town.
