Weymouth manager Mark Molesley admitted that it was a great feeling after he saw his side snatch a late winning goal from Abdulai Baggie against Taunton Town in the Evo-Stik Southern Premier South.
The win ends Taunton’s 35-game unbeaten run in league trim and ensured Weymouth are off to a superb start with two wins from their two matches in the league.
Molesley said: “When it ends like that when you snatch it right at the end it is a great feeling. It shows what character the squad have got.
“We never give up and our rewards will come in the end because we kept probing, kept passing, kept trying and it was frustrating at times but we kept trying to do the right thing.”
