Highworth Town v Cinderford Town

Highworth now go to Cinderford on Tuesday night for a Builbase FA Trophy replay followed by a league fixture next Saturday.

After the visitors struck a post on 5 mins Highworth took the lead 2 mins later when Ash Edenborough slotted home having chased down a ball on the left. Cinderford then pushed on and Connor Johns made several decent saves from close range headers from Craig Norman but the home side reached HT still ahead.

The visitors started the second half brightly and a deserved equaliser came on the hour when Etan Moore shot home following a brilliant save from Johns. The game opened up a little a despite several dangerous-looking breakaways from the home side it was always the visitors who looked the more likely to take the win but failed to convert any chances to ensure the tie ended level.
