Brenden Kelly seeks to build on results

Hitchin Town v Bromsgrove Sporting

Ahead of Saturday’s league visit to Hitchin Town (3:00 KO), manager Bren Kelly has previewed the fixture, with an emphasis on maintaining our good performances of late.

“This week we travel to Hitchin, where we will to try build on our recent wins against Bedworth and Rushden. “The last two games have felt like our good approach play and hard work has finally been rewarded with goals.

“We always create chances, so it’s nice to see them being taken now and hopefully it continues against Hitchin, who will no doubt be a wounded animal following their narrow defeat in the FA Cup last week “They are clearly a difficult side to beat, so we will have to perform very well to get a positive result.

“Liam Spink is still extremely doubtful, Shaq McDonald should hopefully be back to full fitness too and everyone else is available.

“I believe if we match our application and belief of the last two games we will not be far off a positive result.”
